I’m Rosa D. Del Toro, founder of Del Toro Event Planner, a certified Wedding Planner passionate about transforming special moments into unforgettable memories. With over 14 years of experience organizing beauty pageants and national celebrations in my home state of Jalisco, Mexico, I have also had the privilege of coordinating meaningful family events such as quinceañeras, baptisms, and 50th anniversaries.

I specialize in creating unique, elegant, and personalized events that capture the essence and emotion of every celebration. In addition to my event planning expertise, I bring more than 18 years of experience as an instructor and owner of a cosmetology school for over 7 years, which allows me to offer a comprehensive, aesthetic, and professional vision to each detail, including graduations and special ceremonies.
